The deal starts with a basic package and can be upgraded according
to the customer needs, (number of cores, RAM memory, storage space and bandwidth).
with every higher level package increasing the service resources
The order can be improved by adding Database, Cloudlinux licenses, Snapshot backup,
and also by increasing the daily files backup package.
Leading applications can be added also, as for example, WordPress, phpBB, Joomla, Magento,
Mail Exchange and more.

The backup is performed by copying the data on the server or the data found in the entire system, to an external server.
The data preservation and copying to another server provides data protection in case of server crash.
Our VPS packages include backup to an external server for 7 days with a volume of 400Gb but it is possible to upgrade the backup volume and length.

Snapshot backup
Snapshot backup provides to the customer access to the restoration of the operation system or of specific files based on the patented Veeam system for virtual machines.
Why it is important to backup Snapshot?
In case of operation system failure, whether caused by a malicious source or by a human error, the server must be reinstalled.
The repair can cause a downtime of several hours at least.
Snapshot backup facilitates system fast restoration and returning to the regular operational situation.

About 10 people man daily the support center together with a team from the projects department which is available to handle complex malfunctions. The support center is a modern facility with advanced monitor and warning capabilities which enable receiving alerts and handling them in advance as part of preventive maintenance. Malfunction alerts are received in the system and are handled in real time by a team which serves thousands of customers and maintains tens of thousands of sites stored in an array of over 1000 dedicated / virtual servers (Windows and Linux).
