After the numerous projects managed by us in the cloud, we have developed software supplements which form an extension to the management service and enable our support team to obtain efficient indications and monitoring regarding the servers array and the websites, backups, and more, active in the service provided.

Management services

Backup
We operate a backup array on a daily or weekly basis to an external backup server connected to a server in an internal network for files or files packages defined by the customer.

Updating
We update on a continuous basis to prevent the risk of system breach.

Protection
Applicative firewall installation and management (WAF).

Statistical reports

Log analysis and graphs reports which include information regarding what happens in the company sites, as for example, the number of browsers, watched pages, and more.

Technical consultation and working with the development team

Direct call with the software houses for operation and handling malfunctions.

Backup Plans

The backup is performed by copying the data on the server or the data found in the entire system, to an external server. The data preservation and copying to another server provides data protection in case of server crash. Our VPS packages include backup to an external server for 7 days with a volume of 400Gb but it is possible to upgrade the backup volume and length.
